1 .- Exercise.
To reaffirm my body..



2.- Eat lettuce and fish.






To prevent weight gain..



3 .- Drinking water.




To stay healthy ..



But I like to eat a lot and not get fat..=C







It's good to have a healthy diet to stay fit and healthy as eating fruits like orange, grapefruit, apple, melon and vegetables such as celery, broccoli, lettuce, drinking water and make ajercicio as running and walking 30 minutes a day minimum.
